This little nook is part of Newlyn's historic Fradgan district. Set in the heart of the busy fishing port it is home to some really pretty cottages and cobbled streets.
Whilst as a package, Newlyn doesn't really rival St Ives or neighbouring Mousehole in the overall charm stakes it has any number of hidden highlights that can rival both.
Sadly, this means that Newlyn will probably go the way of these other places and become a victim of its own charm. I can guarantee any cottage sold in this area recently hasn't gone to a local family...
