Trevarno House

Located between Helston, Comborne and hayle is Trevarno. The estate is probably best known for the peacocks which strut the grounds here.

The house itself dates back to the 18th century (although the estate is much older). It was extensively remodelled in the 1830s to give it its present day appearance. To be honest I find it a little boring looking and it pales into insignificance compared to the splendour of the surrounding gardens
