Late afternoon light between the remaining autumn leaves on the Penrose Estate near Helston.

The Penrose Estate is owned by the National Trust and encompasses a swathe of land all around Loe Pool - Cornwall's largest natural lake. The parkland here contains numerous trails through a range of woodland and open countryside.

The estate was previously owned by the Rogers family who lived in Penrose House. Today all the grounds are open to the public but the house remains in private hands.
