Gargoyle is a traditional stone-built cottage, tucked away in the charming seaside village of St Agnes. Located just a minute’s walk to the village pub, this cosy cottage really is the perfect ‘home from home’ for family and friends to enjoy all year round.
The cottage benefits from two sitting areas on the ground floor; a pleasant sitting room with television along with an additional snug area with leather armchairs and a wood burning stove to nestle up next to on the winter evenings after a day of exploring the coastal paths nearby. At the rear of the cottage is a delightful and fully equipped kitchen including a good size dining area. Off the kitchen is a little porch leading out to a private, sunny, paved courtyard garden. This is a glorious area and would make the ideal spot for a sunny afternoon tea with the family.
?Upstairs are three good size cottage style bedrooms, all tastefully decorated with comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep. The bedroom at the rear has a double bed with an en-suite shower room; whilst facing the front garden is another double bedroom along with a twin room. There is also a good sized family bathroom. A large garage is accessed from the garden for parking and storing your surfboards or mountain bikes.
