Boscombe Bed & Breakfast is a large Edwardian property in Mevagissey within a 5 minute level walk of the centre of this quaint Cornish fishing village. Conveniently situated on the main street into Mevagissey, Boscombe offers ample private parking for guests without the need to negotiate the narrow winding streets in the village. It is then just an easy stroll to the many attractions and facilities of Mevagissey – high quality restaurants, traditional pubs, specialist shops and, of course, the picturesque inner and outer harbours bustling with fishing boats, leisure craft and the ferry across St Austell Bay to Fowey.
Mevagissey is an ideal base for visiting many major attractions (and lesser known gems) in Cornwall, from the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project to Cornwall’s capital, Truro, or fabulous award winning beaches – there is something to suit everyone.
Our rooms
We have four guest rooms which are all located at first floor level and are tastefully decorated using calm, neutral tones and white cotton bed linen. All rooms are en-suite with showers, guest toiletries and luxury white towels.

Our largest room, this is a light south east facing room with a bay window looking down the valley.

A lovely bright south west facing room which catches the afternoon and evening sun.

A double aspect room overlooking Church Lane and our garden with views down the valley beyond.

A double aspect room overlooking leafy Church Lane to the rear of the property.
