Lanyon Quoit under the Milky Way

Lanyon Quoit is located between Madron and Morvah on the West Cornwall moors. It is an atmospheric place at anytime but under a crystal clear moonless night it becomes both spooky and magical. This was taken on a long exposure but reflects what you could see in the night sky. Even to the naked eye the Milky Way was vivible, here you can clearly see it starting just above Lanyon Quoit. You can also see a couple of shooting stars - should have made my wishes...
