Lovingly refurbished, the accommodation is both comfortable and very well-equipped. On the ground floor is the dining kitchen with an oven, hob, Belfast sink and everything needed to prepare delicious meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table. Adjacent is the cosy sitting room with a comfortable seating, television and contemporary wood burning stove. Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom with a modern wet room shower, wash basin, underfloor heating and WC. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor; Bedroom one has a cosy double bed whilst bedroom two has twin single beds which can be configured as a plush king-size bed on request.
A delightful, walled cottage garden provides garden furniture including sun loungers for long lazy afternoons in the Cornish sunshine. The little courtyard area is perfect for enjoying your morning cuppa before heading off to the beaches. On your return, a very handy storage shed is provided for those wetsuits and surf boards.
A good pub and hotel restaurant are both a short stroll away and the bustling village of St Agnes is just a short drive, energetic walk or bus-ride away.
