Church Close Cottage is one of two delightful cottages within the beautiful grounds of Cusgarne House; both cottages are restored 19th century buildings situated in the tranquil village of Cusgarne. Equidistant between Truro and Falmouth and just a 20-minute drive to the coast, it is an excellent base in which to explore Cornwall from.
The open-plan living accommodation provides a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a feast for family and friends. The living area has a cosy wood-burning stove, television and traditional exposed beams. One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor and can be configured as either a two cosy twin single beds or a plush super-king size bed as required. There is also a ground floor bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC. The further two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one king-size bedroom and one twin bedroom; both have use of a shower room with cubicle, wash basin and WC.
Outside is a lovely, private south facing patio with garden table and seating as well as a barbecue; perfect for summer evenings and al fresco dining. Guests can also enjoy the large and lovely gardens surrounding the property which are shared with The Threshing Barn. Both cottages also have access to a games room with table tennis along with beach equipment for use during your stay.
