Amazing views, clean and cosy apartment. We will miss waking up to the sea view and sleeping to the sound of the waves - this made our stay really special. There was a thoughtful complimentary gift and information folder waiting for us on arrival. Getting to shops and restaurants was only a 15min walk so everything felt easy and relaxed.

The Loft is a first floor apartment nestled in Portmellon, near Mevagissey in Cornwall. It comprises two bedrooms; a king-size double with adjoining bunk room, sleeping two people altogether. There is also a bathroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is a private enclosed garden and off-road parking for one car, along with parking in a free car park 100 metres away. The Loft is a wonderful escape to the coast, with so much to explore in the surrounding area.

Neighborhood info

With its cobbled streets and a harbour full of boats, the little town of Mevagissey is the epitome of a Cornish fishing village. This lovely settlement boasts stunning walks leading along the coast in both directions, dotted with sandy beaches, high cliffs and hidden coves to explore. The village itself provides a number of excellent pubs and restaurants whist close by are numerous attractions such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the ferry ride from Mevagissey to Fowey, which runs daily between Easter and September. With the addition of the Tall Ships harbour and shipwreck museum at Charlestown and the world famous Eden Project, this is a diverse and fascinating location. With a stunning coastline with fabulous surfing facilities, this area has something to suit all tastes and budgets.
