Sea Ayr is a beautifully presented four bedroom town house situated in St Ives providing spacious, luxurious accommodation with sea glimpses. The property provides a contemporary and flexible space perfect for family group holidays. The open plan lounge/diner is a light comfortable room with oak flooring, original features and modern seating. It has a large Smart TV, DVD, wifi and a small selection of DVDs. The large eight place dining table is perfect for the family get together. The kitchen is well equipped with Neff gas hob and electric double oven, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. It also has a breakfast table. Visitors to the beach will particularly like the downstairs shower room with underfloor heating. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with fabulous bay window and high ceilings, there is a king size bed and ample storage. The two twin bedrooms are also located on this floor, with a travel cot supplied for guests use. There is a great family bathroom with bath and separate shower with under floor heating, plus a further separate WC. The converted attic provides a further double room.

St Ives is a world-renowned holiday destination with numerous attractions that never fails to delight visitors. You can explore the small, cobbled streets enjoying the multitude of individual shops. The quaint Downalong area bordering the harbour and bedecked in flowers throughout the summer allows visitors to step back in time and reflect on St Ives’ fishing heritage. St Ives is ringed by magnificent award winning beaches offering visitors safe bathing and various activities including surfing, diving, boat trips and fishing. There are many superb restaurants specialising in fresh seafood. The town is famous as an art centre. Many artists have been drawn to the area and the town hosts the prestigious Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum.
