Rosemerryn

Rosemerryn sleeps 12 to 14 people, in four large double bedrooms and two twin rooms. Two of the double rooms are en suite and there are three further bathrooms. A cot or extra bed can be added to any of the rooms. An Aga warms the large, farmhouse kitchen, which also has a conventional, electric oven and hob as well as a large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The freezer, washing machine and dryer are in the adjacent utility room. There is a wood-burning stove in the lounge where the huge north-facing window and high ceiling are evidence of its previous use as the artist's studio. Facing south are a smaller window and french doors leading to the sun-filled conservatory, where a grape vine offers dappled shade throughout the summer. Beyond this is the private garden with barbecue, and table and chairs for 12. At the side of the garden is the games room, with table tennis table and an audio visual system where visitors can watch sky TV, play movies and connect up their own devices to play games or listen to their own playlists. this room can also be cleared to make a open empty space, making it ideal for workshops and retreats. Rosemerryn's 7 acres of woodland is a mixture of cultivated camelias, rhododendrons and azaleas, and native trees and ferns. It is a mile from the sea and the coast-path at Lamorna Cove and close to some of the most beautiful beaches and sandy coves.
