The old coastguard lookout at the top of Pedn-mên-du or Mayon (Maen) Cliff. I'm not sure when this ceased to operate as a lookout but it's definitely shut for business now. Great news if you are looking for somewhere to stop and have a sit down. As you might expect for a coastguard lookout the views are spectacular. To the south, Land's End and to the north, Sennen, Whitesand bay and Cape Cornwall beyond. Crazy to think the previous week spray from the waves was covering this spot.
