Aerial photograph of Newquay taken above the harbour looking towards the beaches and town. The first beach is Towan, with Great Western and Tolcarne next. I'm assuming this was taken in the 1950s (or possibly 60s) as you can make out quite a few cars. There is a more recent aerial view of Newquay here
