This little harbour in Marazion is known locally as Top Tieb. Built on the site of a natural harbour there used to be a few of fishing boats and punts moored here. These days there is rarely any boating activity in the harbour making it a great, safe spot for kids.
The only time the harbour does get used is during spring tides by the Mount ferry boats. When the tide gets particularly high the path out to the other ferry landing on Chapel Rock becomes submerged so isn't useable.
