Looking towards the end of Hayle's recently refurbished North Quay and to Lelant beyond. I love this part of Hayle as it is always fairly quiet and has loads of interesting nooks and crannies.
You can see the river winding off to the right and heading out to sea across the beach. Hayle harbour is on a tidal estuary emptying into the Atlantic Ocean so the entrance is not without its hazards.
