I think this is Green Island. It is located between St Agnes and Perranporth just off the coast of the Perranporth Airfield.
This is quite a dramatic stretch of coast and you are never far from reminders of the areas mining and war time heritage. There are several WWII bunkers overlooking the ocean here along with a cliff-top explosives factory not far down the coast.
